You'll join the Fortnite Ecosystem team as a Senior Environment Artist and help shape the future of Fortnite as a game platform. In this role, you'll have a high degree of competency in envisioning and realizing all aspects of environment development in conjunction with vendor resources. Senior 3D Character Artist at Supercell

As a Senior 3D Character Artist, you will be at the heart of our art production, working closely with our Art Director, Animators and other artists in the team. Your main responsibility would be to create and oversee the 3D skin production for our brawlers together with our outsourcing partners. Due to the high amount of content for each update, your work would mainly consist of providing clear direction and feedback to our external teams.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in creating high-quality 3D characters, covering the entire process from modeling to implementation within an engine. All in all, we’re looking for a strong communicator who takes ownership, is passionate about our games, and is continuously striving for better performance.

What You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience as a 3D artist with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of styles and projects.

As an expert in Unreal Engine's world-building capabilities, this person will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the environment content workflows, as well as championing performance and optimization. The ideal candidate is a master of Unreal's environment and procedural systems, a strong problem solver, and passionate about empowering artists to build a large-scale online world.

What do we need from you?

  • 8+ years of professional technical art experience, working on cross-functional teams.
  • Experience on at least one successfully-published large-scale multiplayer online game title or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Art, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency with the Unreal Engine (Blueprints, Material Editor, Foliage systems, PCG, and core systems).

Requirements:
