Level Game Designer at Naughty Dog
For nearly 40 years, Naughty Dog has been crafting best-selling, critically acclaimed games that constantly push the boundaries of narrative, gameplay, and technology. Naughty Dog recently released The Last of Us Part II Remastered as well as a current-generation remake of The Last of Us Part I for the PS5. What skills you will use:

You will collaborate across teams to design large-scale products for players and communicate your data-informed vision and design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders. You will also break down experiences thoughtfully so teams can ship value incrementally, and manage experiential quality and consistency across features end-to-end.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience designing digital experiences, products, and platforms as a User Experience Designer or Interaction Designer.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or other industry design and prototyping tools.
RPG Designer at Larian Studios
You'll design narrative and gameplay content for one area of the game, own it all the way through implementation, and answer for its final quality. That means keeping the narrative flow logical and well-paced across situations, dialogs, and areas, and solving quest design problems, then seeing those fixes through. You'll also run progress reviews for your area, gathering feedback from the other departments and working with them to get it into its best shape.
Requirements:
- The ability to take the lead on a creative element of the game, communicate with all parties involved, gather feedback, and sink your teeth into it until it's finished.
- The ability to come up with creative solutions to new problems, or identify issues that don't require reinventing the wheel.
- A strong understanding of narrative beats and pacing.
- The ability to imagine what it's like seeing the game for the first time every single day, so that you understand player expectations.
- The ability to observe players, learn from their actions, and filter their feedback.
- A high level of digital literacy, with the ability to adapt quickly to new software and tools (Google Workspace, Confluence, Jira, etc.).
- Attention to detail, and undaunted by complexity and change.
- A great collaborator, with excellent organization and communication skills.

Requirements:

Mob Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled Technical Cinematic Designer to join its team and help bring our narrative-driven experiences to life. You'll design, implement, and polish real-time cinematics in Unreal Sequencer, camera work and transitions included. Working with the narrative, animation, gameplay, level design, and VFX teams, you'll fold those sequences into Unreal Engine and set up narrative systems like dialogue triggers, branching scenes, and character states for interactive storytelling. You'll also build and maintain the cinematic tools, blueprints, and pipelines that keep the team's workflow fast.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in cinematic or narrative design for games, preferably in AAA or high-quality indie projects.
- Expert proficiency with Unreal Engine and Level Sequences.
- Strong understanding of real-time narrative systems, including scripting, triggers, and state machines.
- Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling cinematic sequences in-engine.
- Familiarity with Blueprints and/or scripting for cinematic logic and tool creation.
- Excellent communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio or reel showcasing cinematic work in Unreal Engine.
