A Behind-The-Scenes Look At Realistic Clouds In Hellblade II

Ninja Theory shared a new look at their work on the next Hellblade game.

Ninja Theory shared a behind-the-scenes look at how the team creates realistic clouds in the next chapter of Senua's Saga. A short video shows how they are using flow maps to generate clouds and make them dissolve in a realistic way. 

Microsoft and Ninja Theory originally revealed Senua's Saga: Hellblade II at The Game Awards in 2019. The sequel is being developed for Microsoft's consoles.

Xbox head Phil Spencer revealed the first trailer at the Game Awards stage saying that it was "all captured in engine." The game is said to be powered by Unreal Engine 5.
