In case you missed it, a couple of weeks ago, Naughty Dog's Senior Environment Modeler and Layout Artist Edgar A. Martinez, who recently shared some before/after shots and wireframe renders of The Last of Us Part I's environments, provided a closer look at Bill's Town, the game's location he worked on together with a small team of artists. According to Edgar, he was responsible for architectural concept design, modeling, tileset, props, set dressing, collision, UVs, and more.
Throughout 14 ArtStation posts, the artist demonstrated the environment's locations from different angles, both interiors and exteriors, showed the town's post-apocalyptic streets in all their glory, and shared some behind-the-scenes information regarding the level's production.
