A Cool Add-on For Generating Procedural USB Cables in Blender

David Cescatti unveiled a new Geometry Nodes-based tool.

3D Blender Artist and Developer David Cescatti has released Cable, an amazing new tool for creating different 3D cables in Blender, a free and open-source 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, animation, and VFX software.

Powered by Geometry Nodes, the tool allows you to quickly and easily set up and customize various wires, including fiber-optic cables, flat cables, USB connectors, old-school stationary phone cords, and more. As stated by the creator, the generator features multiple Splines support and works with Blender version 3.6.5.

You can learn more and purchase Cable by clicking this link.

Earlier, David also shared a Geometry Nodes-powered generator for creating highly-customizable trees in Blender, a useful tool for setting up lifelike sea anemones, a marvelous mushroom generator, and many other procedural tools. You can download all these add-ons and more by visiting the author's Gumroad page.
