A Massive RPG In The Warhammer 40,000 Universe Arrives In 2023

Another huge cRPG, Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, will be released later this year.

Owlcat Games shared a new trailer for Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader revealing the release date and expanding platforms.

The development studio revealed that the game will be available on December 7, 2023, not only for PC and Mac but also for PS5, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X. Previously, Owlcat Games only named PC as the target platform.

The project is being developed in close partnership with Games Workshop. Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader is described as a story-rich classical RPG from the studio that crafted the critically acclaimed Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous.

"Begin your adventure aboard your personal, giant voidship, traveling between the multitude of systems within the Koronus Expanse, a barely charted and incredibly perilous region of space. Despite being considered a backwater of the Imperium, this region encompasses an enormous stretch of the void, filled with dangerous creatures and prodigious opportunities for profit and exploration," reads the official description.
