Among other things, the update introduces full support on Mac computers. Previously, only the early access version of the game was available on Mac. Players now have three platforms to enjoy the game – PC, Mac, and PS5. There's also the Xbox Series version in the works which is expected to be released by the end of 2023.
The third path also introduces a magical mirror, allowing players to change their character's appearance, voice, and pronouns during the game. You can change race though or tweak the backstory – those things say with your characters.

The team also improved performance – they boosted the numbers in the final act particularly. The developers say that they continue to work on optimization.
Larian took time to make the game more convenient – players no longer need to select the level-up option for each character individually. Now, after pressing this button, the game automatically switches to the next hero.
Reading shop signs is no longer considered a crime, descriptions of some spells have been updated, various issues found in cinematic scenes have been fixed, and more.
