A Procedural Bridge Made in Blender & Unity

Procedural techniques get better and better every day.

A French 3D Artist and Game Developer known as Joyen has shown a fantastic, procedurally generated bridge made for Loya, a game the artist works on. The entire bridge was, according to the creator, made using Blender and Unity. The mesh was generated inside Unity and Blender was used for the bricks model, the whole generated mesh was then fused. The modeling was done procedurally via code, and the lamp assets were taken from an unknown pack.

As mentioned before, Joyen is currently working on Loya, a multiplayer crafting RPG with dynamic combat and a procedural open world. The bridge is not the first project made for the game that the author showcased. The author regularly posts updates regarding the game's development and shows the new features that are added. We highly encourage you to visit Joyen's Twitter account to learn more about Unity gamedev.
