VFX Supervisor and CG Artist Taran Singh, a.k.a. Captainsting, has demonstrated a cool and realistic model of Spider-Man. According to the artist, this project was inspired by Sam Raimi's version of the character's suit, especially by the first movie. The model was created entirely in Blender by Taran, except for animation, which was made by using mocap. The artist commented that the main challenge was to model the raised webs on the suit. In the future, Taran considers making the model commercially available.
