A Realistic Version of Max Payne by Hossein Diba

The artist used an iconic 3D model of the character as the main reference.

Last week, Remedy Entertainment announced that they will remake Max Payne and Max Payne 2 in collaboration with Rockstar Games. The iconic games will be developed by Remedy as a single title for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S and will be powered by Northlight, Remedy's proprietary game engine.

To celebrate the occasion, 3D Character Artist Hossein Diba, known for recreating various characters from TV series, movies, cartoons, and games, has made a realistic version of Max Payne, using a well-known pose and model as the main reference, imagining how Max might look like with the next-gen graphics. You can check out some of the amazing renders shared by Hossein down below:

Previously, the artist presented a next-gen version of Tommy Vercetti from GTA Vice City, a real-life 3D version of Woody from Toy Story, a realistic recreation of Carl Fredricksen from Pixar's 2009 cartoon Up, and a next-gen take on Arthur Morgan from Red Dead Redemption 2, among other beautiful projects.
