A Redditor Showcases Unreal Engine 5 Procedural Dungeon System

This dungeon generator produces locations from pre-made meshes and leaves no open corridors.

Reddit user known as Inexhaustible Snake shared a demo of their Unreal Engine procedural dungeon system that generates locations from pre-made meshes and closes with walls when it can't proceed further.

The diversity of generation depends on the number of meshes. In the video above, there are only six static meshes set by the developer. According to Inexhaustible Snake, they also plan to implement additional logic for room spawning, multithreading, and improved performance.
