Epic Games shared a new guide to using the recently released samples.
Recently, Epic Games shared the first look at MetaHuman Creator, their new cloud-streamed app for creating high-fidelity real-time humans in less than an hour. MetaHuman Creator has not been released yet, but they have released two fully finished sample humans for users to test in Unreal Engine 4.26.1 or later projects.
These samples are also fully rigged and ready for animation in Unreal Engine, including a facial rig that features an extensive set of controls allowing users to set up a full range of human expressions.
The Unreal Engine team shared a tutorial by Cubic Motion’s Adam Walton that explains using each and every control in the facial rig. The developer also discussed "which ones work well together and which should be considered mutually exclusive."
