According to Deadline's sources, similar to Love, Death & Robots, Secret Level’s episodes are based on short stories while they are all set in video game titles. It’s not clear which games or IPs are going to be picked up, but “Amazon Games’ New World, Spelunky and PlayStation titles are rumored to be among the games and IP featured on the series.” We are expected to hear more information soon, possibly during the upcoming Gamescom’s Opening Night Live held on August 20.

The new series, which could be Prime Video's “biggest bets in the adult-animated space to date,” is produced by Amazon MGM Studios and Blur Studio. Considering the positive reviews received by the Love, Death & Robots show, the anticipation is set high for the coming Secret Level. Luckily, with Gamescom just a few days away, we shouldn't have to wait long to hear more about it.
