The Titmouse studio will be responsible for animating the show.
An animated TV series based on Among Us, a renowned online multiplayer social deduction game developed and published by Innersloth, is allegedly being created by CBS Studios, according to a new report published by Variety.
As per the statement, CBS Eye Animation Productions has partnered with Innersloth to produce the show, with Infinty Train creator Owen Dennis serving as the series' Executive Producer and the Titmouse studio, known for Big Mouth and Star Trek: Lower Decks, being responsible for animating the show. Furthermore, the report revealed that the creators haven't decided on the network or streaming service the show will appear on, but the conversations on the matter "are said to be ongoing".
"Per the official logline, the series is based on the premise of the game, namely, 'Members of your crew have been replaced by an alien shapeshifter intent on causing confusion, sabotaging the ship, and killing everyone. Root out the ‘Impostor’ or fall victim to its murderous designs,'" reads Variety's report.
