Since the successful release of its first game, What Remains of Edith Finch, in 2017, Annapurna Interactive has established itself as a prominent gaming company. Now, they are introducing the Annapurna Interactive Deluxe Limited Edition Collection for the Switch, featuring 12 distinct games conveniently packed onto a single cartridge. However, this edition comes with a significant price tag of $200 and is limited to just 2,500 copies, in collaboration with collectibles company iam8bit.
Annapurna's new collection features a diverse range of titles including Donut County, Gorogoa, Kentucky Route Zero: TV Edition, Neon White, Sayonara Wild Hearts, The Artful Escape, The Pathless, and introduces the first physical Switch releases of If Found..., Hindsight, Solar Ash, and I Am Dead. This follows Annapurna Interactive's successful release of a similar collection for the PlayStation 4 in 2020, which included a set of eight physical titles.
In addition, the collection offers an exclusive hardcover cloth-bound art book featuring spreads that celebrate each game, accompanied by creator statements from the individual developers. The art book and game case fit snugly into a premium slipcase adorned with Annapurna Interactive's logo. Furthermore, the collection includes an exclusive Annapurna Interactive Switch console and cartridge case, adding to the overall appeal of this limited edition release.
Earlier, the company announced Blade Runner 2033: Labyrinth – the upcoming adventure that "brings the revered franchise back to games for the first time in 25 years." Annapurna has remained tight-lipped about Blade Runner 2033: Labyrinth, only revealing that the game will be available on PC and consoles. They have assured fans that more information will be revealed in the upcoming months.
