LogInPortal was released in 2007 but it remains wildly popular among all kinds of gamers. NVIDIA recently updated its graphics, but fans still have something more to add.
A group of developers announced Another Slice, a Portal 1 remake that aims to introduce better graphics and expand its gameplay. The mod will be focused on preserving the "run-down and deserted Aperture Science in Portal 2’s art style while also touching up and expanding upon some gameplay segments."
Another Slice will feature better visuals and textures as well as new puzzles and challenges. The basics of portal-hopping stay the same, but the creators want to add new gameplay elements to make the game even more engaging.
