Apple has announced it is bringing Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro to iPad so video and music creators can "unleash their creativity" in new, comfortable ways.
The apps offer new touch interfaces that allow you to improve your workflows with Multi-Touch.
Final Cut Pro for iPad introduces a set of tools for video creators to record, edit, finish, and share. Logic Pro for iPad puts the power of professional music creation in the hands of the creator with a complete collection of tools for songwriting, beat making, recording, editing, and mixing.

Apart from the new interface, the tool introduces a new jog wheel that allows you to navigate the Magnetic Timeline, move clips, and make fast frame-accurate edits with just the tap of a finger. Live Drawing lets you draw and write directly on top of video content using Apple Pencil. Additionally, on iPad Pro with M2, Apple Pencil hover makes you quickly skim and preview footage without touching the screen.
Moreover, the app brings a pro camera mode to adjust footage, and multicam video editing enables synchronizing and editing clips as well as switching angles.
Other features include the Scene Removal Mask, which removes or replaces the background behind a subject without using a green screen, Auto Crop to adjust footage for different aspect ratios, and Voice Isolation, which removes background noise from audio captured in the field.

Its Plug-in Tiles makes it easy to quickly shape sounds. You can capture voice or instrument recordings with the built-in mics on iPad and turn any space into a recording studio with five studio-quality mics on iPad Pro.
The new sound browser uses dynamic filtering to help you discover what you need. It displays all available instrument patches, audio patches, plug‑in presets, samples, and loops in a single location.
Logic Pro offers over 100 instruments and effects plug-ins including Sample Alchemy – a new sample manipulation instrument that can transform any audio sample.
Other tools include a beat-making plug-in, Quick Sampler, Step Sequencer, and Drum Machine Designer. What's more, Live Loops allows you to build arrangements by mixing and matching musical loops.
Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro for iPad will be available on the App Store starting May 23. They will be distributed through a monthly subscription for $4.99 or a yearly subscription for $49.
