Even with your finger.
Artist vivini, specializing in low-poly 3D models, shared a nice time-lapse of sculpting and painting in Blender on an Android phone using an unofficial port, the same we've already seen in another test.
The result is a male face done in an hour using a finger, not even a stylus. With this project, the creator wanted to show beginners how simple 3D can be.
It does look easy enough, although I imagine not everyone's fingers could handle the task. In this case, you can always connect a keyboard and mouse.
