Bandai Namco Is Opening a Store in London

In July 2023, Bandai Namco will launch "Bandai Namco Cross Store", its first interactive retail store in Camden, London. The store will celebrate Bandai Namco's history as a global entertainment brand and will include a collection of shops where customers can "see", "touch" and "experience" characters and products. The store will also contain an arcade area and events space. 

It will house six shops that feature Bandai Namco Group content, namely Banpresto, Gashapon Bandai, Ichibankuji, MegaHouse, Sun-Star Stationery and One Piece Card Game official shops. 

The chosen location will be in Camden, London, one of London’s most popular cultural hubs and popular tourist destinations.

"Camden, London, is widely recognized as offering an eclectic mix of cultural products and art", said John McKenzie. "t is the perfect location to launch our Bandai Namco Cross Store concept in the UK, which combines our expertise in locations-based entertainment with a rapidly growing demand for IP and concepts originating from our group's Japanese culture."

The opening of the Cross Store will be welcomed by fans in London who used to visit the Namco Funscape, which was located in London’s South Bank for 25 years before closing its doors in 2021.
