BBC Interviewed A Ubisoft Developer Inside Watch Dogs: Legion

A nice new way to do an interview.

A BBC reporter traveled to Ubisoft's Toronto studio to conduct an interview about the development Watch Dogs: Legion, and they decided to try something new.

BBC Click's Marc Cieslak went through the motion capture process and Ubisoft recreated him inside Watch Dogs: Legion and then also recreated the director Clint Hocking. They discussed a couple of questions including the use of the whole Brexit situation for the game's story.

"Well, I look at is as a creator of culture," Hocking said regarding using Brexit in the game. "If we were creating films or movies or books, it's the same with video games. It's our responsibility to look at the things that are happening in the world around us and have something to say about that, to create something that's meaningful, that people can look at and engage with, and it speaks to the world that they live in."

This experiment shows that the future holds a number of new ways to tell stories and share news. You can find the interview here
