Bethesda Announced a Month of Fallout 25th Anniversary Celebration

Various festivities, discounts, giveaways, and special activities are planned for each week of October.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Fallout franchise. On this occasion, Bethesda Softworks decided to have not just a day but a whole month of celebrations with various festivities planned for each week of October.

The company shared that every new week in October, players can visit the official website dedicated to the celebration of the 25th anniversary of Fallout where they can learn information about discounts, giveaways, and special activities.

In addition, Bethesda noted that from October 4 to October 11, users will be able to have free access to Fallout 76. During this week, players will have the opportunity to explore all the locations of post-nuclear Appalachia – the content from the recently released The Pitt update will also be available.

The company also added that those who have Prime Gaming subscriptions will have an opportunity to pick up the base Fallout 76 game free for PC via Prime Gaming Rewards. Besides, the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will be able to get a free month of Fallout 1st via Xbox Game Pass Perks until October 24.

To mark the 25th anniversary of Fallout, Bethesda is adding new content to the free-to-play nuclear shelter management sim Fallout Shelter for the first time in over four years. Players will have the opportunity to take on the alien threat in an all-new quest line, get new weapons, recruit new Dwellers, and decorate their Vault with a new celebration room theme.
