Blackmagic Design Released DaVinci Resolve 20

This release adds over 100 new features, including an AI-powered toolset designed to assist users with all stages of their workflow.

At NAB 2025, Blackmagic Design unveiled DaVinci Resolve 20, a significant update now available in public beta, featuring a range of new tools, including AI-powered enhancements for video editing and audio production.

Key updates include improved keyframing with a new curve view and timeline drawer, a voiceover tool that offers recording and monitoring options, and the Chroma Warp color grading tool. The update also allows users to import Blackmagic Cloud Shared folders directly into the media pool.

AI-driven features include IntelliScript, which generates timelines from a script you provide, and Magic Mask v2, now enhanced with a paintbrush feature. AI Dialogue Matcher adjusts the tone, level, and reverberance of clips, while AI Audio Assistant automatically creates a finished mix. Additionally, AI IntelliCut removes silences and organizes speakers, and Fusion introduces a powerful deep image compositing toolset.
