Bohemia Interactive Releases Arma Reforger

During a recent live stream event, Bohemia Interactive revealed Arma Reforger, a new title in the Arma franchise that, according to the developer, acts as a bridge to the upcoming Arma 4, offering a glimpse at things to come. The game is already available and can be played on PC (Early Access) and Xbox Series X/S (Game Preview). The game is powered by Enfusion Engine, the studio's game engine revealed earlier this year.

Arma Reforger allows players to return to Everon, a 51 km² mid-Atlantic island in the Malden archipelago that was already featured in Arma: Cold War Assault, the first game in the series. In this game, you'll experience realistic Cold War combat as a US or Soviet Army soldier playing one of two multiplayer mods – Conflict and Game Master. You will need to capture strategic positions and dominate the battlefield using a selection of period-authentic weapons and vehicles

What's more, Bohemia also introduced Workbench, a new in-game tool powered by Enfusion. With this tool, you can mod Arma Reforger using the exact same tools used to make it. You can create new mechanics, assets, textures, and more. The only limit, according to the developer, is your scripting ability and imagination.
