This tool, created by Ubisoft's Lead Weapon Artist Dmytro Mykhailyk, allows you to project a normal map onto your source geometry or texture, allowing precise alignment of high-poly details with the base surface while maintaining lighting and depth.
It comes with 34 Metal Damage elements, 100 Rivets (Pin), 55 Seams, 10 Weld Seams, and 28 Toolmarks. Here's how ND MykhailykART works: It projects normals from the input normal map onto the target texture's UV space, preserves fine details, gradients, and directional information, and ensures precise integration of the normal map with other material layers such as height, AO, and curvature.
