Build Your Own Mech In This Gunpla-Inspired Relaxing Puzzle Game

You won't ruin the whole model by accidentally cutting some piece wrong with Mech Builder, an upcoming model-building-inspired puzzle game, where you can experience the whole process of assembling a model kit with complete freedom.

Have you ever played Last Call BBS and thought "I want a mech-building game by itself" or maybe you just wished Gundam model kits were less expensive? Have you ever wanted to try out model building? If so, this one might be for you.

Indie Game Developer Don Pachi is working on a model-building simulator puzzle game featuring a ton of model kits, where you'll experience the whole process of building a mech: from cutting out to painting. All models have been carefully crafted for a soothing experience and the game also features relaxing background music with the pleasant sound of snipping the plastic and snapping things together.

According to the game description, building all the kits will take around 2-3 hours of your time. Here's the list of Mech Builder's main features:

  • 50+ model kits to build
  • Total freedom to assemble the models as you prefer
  • 4 difficulty levels
  • Unlock speed mode to challenge yourself against the clock
  • Build mechs, waifus, armors, figures, and so much more

You can even add decals to your model:

A demo is also available on the game's Steam page to download and try it out. While there's no known date of release yet, you can follow Don Pachi's X/Twitter account to keep track of the game's progress and new features. The developer is open to feedback and replies to players's opinions and suggestions.
