Early access starts in December.
By now, we know that Rockstar's Bully 2 was canceled and would likely never see the light of day, which is a tragedy for such a popular game. But fear not, fellow players have your back: YouTuber SWEGTA, who covers Rockstar's titles, announced Bully Online, a fan-made mod that allows you and your friends to "play minigames, roleplay, compete in racing, fend off against NPCs, and much more."
SWEGTA's team used Derpy's Script Loader (DSL), which lets you mod the game easily. The Online mode offers an inventory system and a way to earn money by completing objectives and mini-games. You can then spend this money on housing, weapons, vehicles, and other items.

If you want to go shoot other players in a first-person mode, you can do so as a rat in the Rat Wars experience. You can also enjoy racing against others in custom vehicles, such as a shopping cart.

If you want to join the fun, you should support the developers on Ko-Fi to get playing as early as December 2025 and receive some pleasant bonuses, like a special color name tag and behind-the-scenes materials.

Let's just hope Rockstar doesn't have an issue with this massive project.
