The project is still far from full production though.

The actor mentioned that discussions about the action game are already happening in the studio, but it seems that the developers are still far from full-scale production.
"We’re working on a third and we’re in the process of doing that right now," said Monaghan.
"That’s a big undertaking and there have been some conversations so far, but hopefully when all things and said and done we’ll be able to go in and make something really cool."
The creators have not yet revealed any details about the sequel. Previously, Stig Asmussen, the Game Director behind Respawn's Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, has announced his departure from Electronic Arts after nearly a decade with the studio.
In other news, Quantic Dream, the studio behind Detroit and Heavy Rain, says their Star Wars game is still happening but they don't want to rush things.
