Cartoony 2D-Style Mouth Shader That Changes Based on the View Direction

Dan Fessler, the CCO at Incite Worlds and a hobbyist Game Developer, has recently managed to merge the 2D and 3D worlds together, presenting an awesome cartoony-style mouth shader that changes a stylized character's mouth's position and rotation based on the view direction.
Set up in Unity, the shader functions by using "UV manipulation on the head to position and composite parts together", with all of the parts being "placed in reference to the face UVs". Additionally, Dan's setup employs vertex colors to drive the thickness of the outline.
