Phantom Liberty is the only story expansion for Cyberpunk 2077, which takes the game to a whole new level with its thrilling action, spy-themed storyline, a brand-new district waiting to be explored, a new powerful skill tree packed with exciting abilities, a lot of challenging gigs and side quests, a wide array of fresh weapons and items, and a limitless number of open world activities to engage in, as the creators of the game assured us.
On September 25, CD Projekt Red released an official launch trailer for Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, check it out:
"Phantom Liberty is the culmination of years of hard work on the part of all of our teams. During our first foray into Night City, we couldn't have expected how much that experience would affect us. Since then, we've learned plenty, but one thing never changes – our passion for creating games. Phantom Liberty is the best example of that passion," said Gabe Amatangelo, the Game Director.
In the expansion, players will have the opportunity to acquire over 100 new items, including vehicles, weapons, clothing, and cyberware. Additionally, a fresh Relic skill tree will be introduced, featuring distinctive Relic perks that offer enhanced freedom and flexibility in customizing playstyles.
On Twitter, the creators announced that Phantom Liberty is already out and available for PC players via GOG, Steam, and the Epic Games Store.
