CDPR Devs Will Be Compensated For Crunch

The company announced they will give 10% of revenues to employees as an extra crunch bonus. 

CD Projekt RED's development team is currently working in a crunch mode to finish Cyberpunk 2077, and studio head Adam Badowski revealed they prepared an extra bonus for its team during this period.

Recent reports stated that CDPR is doubling-down and working six-day workweeks to make sure that Cyberpunk 2077 launches on November 19. The game is the studio's biggest game and it appears that they now need all the strength to finally finish it.

In a private letter to CDPR employees, studio head Adam Badowski wrote that Cyberpunk 2077 couldn't be delayed again, so they chose crunch to get everything ready.

Badowski said that CDPR's development team will get 10% of all annual company revenues as an added bonus to the mandatory crunch. The sum will be divided among development teams.
