Anderson Rohr, with whom we had the pleasure of discussing his photogrammetry-based project a couple of years ago, shared a demo of the new MetaHuman Creator plug-in, now available in Unreal Engine 5.7. This plug-in runs locally as a built-in feature within the engine and only downloads assets when selected.
Keep in mind that this engine version is experimental and, as usual, can be downloaded from GitHub. Make sure you're logged in to avoid a 404 error, and be sure to clone the ue5-main branch, which currently hosts the Unreal Engine 5.7 version.
