Check Out This Fighting Mechanic from a Prey-Inspired Sci-Fi Sim

Take a look at this short video showcasing a peculiar mechanic of fighting enemies, which refers to an upcoming immersive sci-fi sim.

The clip shows a destroying gameplay technique with oil, fire, and gas, and the developers explained that this is the most complex technical feature they've ever made. The sci-fi game, which features the mechanic, is Lonely Space by HC-Games. It follows the adventure of the protagonist, awakened from hibernation at the space station, who finds out that the rest of the crew has vanished. The player is tasked to find them and discover the secrets of the mysterious spacecraft.
