However, 3D Artist and Illustrator Ikhimaz has recently made an effort to challenge this negative perception, unveiling a splendid piece of Berserk fan art created entirely in 3D.
Portraying the series' protagonist Guts donning the Berserker Armor, the illustration boasts an stunning manga-like visual style, making it incredibly easy to mistake the artwork for a 2D painting when looking at the static renders only:
