Check out This Stylish OpenGL-based Pixel Dungeon JRPG

The project is in its early development stages.

Shingpapi, an indie game developer, asked viewers to take a look at this short clip and try to guess which kind of game it could be. They took their guesses in the comments, supposing that it could be an action RPG, a turn-based RPG, or something else. Shingpapi shared that the game will probably combine action and turn-based RPG elements. The project doesn't have a name yet, as it seems to be in its early development stages, and the author is contemplating the gameplay style.

According to Shingpapi, the game is created from scratch using C++ and an OpenGL engine. The developer showcased images depicting the stages of creating the game, explaining the process of characters and graphics modifying.

Shingpapi shared that the announcement about the game's future release will be published on Twitter and Discord.
