Video game informer Rebs Gaming revealed some concept images and details of a canceled Halo VR project. The materials, published by Dan Chosich, who seems to have been the project's Creative Director and Designer, indicate it was considered by 343 Industries in 2017 but never made it due to "hard challenges to overcome with VR" and a small number of VR users.
"For me, the biggest problem was the lack of being able to move freely. However, there were a few examples that were never public from some companies we interviewed that showed an extreme amount of promise," said Chosich.
