An animated short story is reportedly coming.
Concord, a hero shooter developed by Firewalk Studios and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment, didn't enjoy its freedom for long: released on August 23, it was set to shut down on September 6, just two weeks after launch.
However, it's not the last we'll hear about it, it seems. According to IGN's sources, an episode dedicated to Concord will remain on Prime Video's Secret Level – an adult-animated anthology series "featuring original short stories set within the worlds of some of the most beloved video games."
Secret Level is created by and executive produced by Tim Miller, who has worked on Love, Death + Robots, Deadpool, and other movies.
Here are the games that will appear in the series:
- Armored Core
- Concord
- Crossfire
- Dungeons & Dragons
- Exodus
- Honor of Kings
- Mega Man
- New World: Aeternum
- PAC-MAN
- Various PlayStation Studios titles, including God of War
- Sifu
- Spelunky
- The Outer Worlds
- Unreal Tournament
- Warhammer 40,000
Firewalk Studios
Hopefully, this time, Concord won't be a disappointment for players, who criticized it for its boring design and lack of new ideas. Secret Level will start on December 10 on Prime Video.
