Control Your VTuber Using Only Your Face

There are other solutions with similar functionality out there, but Xil Live aimed for one simple goal: an intuitive, user-friendly app that lets your face control... your face.

Here's how it works: you create rules like, "When my mouth opens wide, trigger the surprised expression." The app monitors your facial movements in real-time, and when a condition is met, it automatically activates the corresponding expression. Once your face returns to normal, the effect turns off automatically. Ever wanted to wink to put on sunglasses and wink again to take them off? Now you can.

Face2Face works with any VTube Studio setup, whether you're tracking with a webcam, iPhone, Android, or other devices. It supports 31 languages and lets you trigger expressions, items, scenes, and even switch models in real-time, all with just your face. The entire setup process takes just about a minute.

The developer plans to live-stream an early preview of the app this Sunday at 6 PM PST. If there are any features or ideas you'd like to see, feedback is welcome.
