Pixelate the world.
If the world is too detailed for your tired soul, check out Pixel Window, a lens that pixelates whatever you direct it at. Created by the material designer and engineer known as Hakusi Katei, this little square can also provide different resolutions depending on the distance between the Window and the object it faces.
Pixel Window works even with moving objects, accurately turning anything into a bunch of Minecraft blocks. The creator is planning to sell the tool once it's fully finished, but this is not the first engineering masterpiece Hakusi Katei has produced.
You can find all kinds of mesmerizing prisms and other inventions on their website.
What do you need Pixel Window for? Aside from being a fun trinket, I assume it can help artists create pixel art easier and make some awesome effects.
