Creating A Starry Night Sky in Blender

Check out this free tutorial on making a night sky in Blender by Martin Klekner.

CG Boost uploaded a new Blender tutorial video on their YouTube channel. In this video, Martin Klekner, a CG Artist and Instructor, shares how to set up a starry night sky using a simple node-based setup in Blender. The resulting dome can be used in any night scene you desire to serve as a backdrop that you can easily adjust and animate.

In this video, Martin explains the process step by step. From building a skydome to setting up stars and positioning the glow, to making the moon and moonlight, to finally creating clouds that add to the realism of the entire scene.
