Developer Teases a Unity-Powered Back to the Future VR Experience
IRONHEAD Games' new experience aims to launch on Meta Quest 3 sometime in the future.
Tevfik Ufuk Demirbaş, an experienced XR Developer and Founder of IRONHEAD Games, has recently shared a brief demo teasing an upcoming virtual reality experience that Back to the Future fans will most certainly appreciate.
According to the developer's LinkedIn post, the game is being created in collaboration with Elif Ayhan and Berat Can Uçar, IRONHEAD's 3D Generalist and Game Developer respectively. The demo itself suggests that players will be able to hop into the legendary DMC DeLorean and travel through time by controlling the time circuits, just like in the original films.
While details about the project are limited at the moment, it's known that the experience is powered by Unity and uses Meta's Interaction SDK, with plans to launch on the Meta Quest 3 headset sometime in the future.
