With the release of Unity 6, the team has begun delivering on their promises by making a few scenes from Time Ghost, the latest Unity Originals real-time cinematic demo showcasing what can be achieved with Unity 6, available for free download.

Unity Demo Team's Tech Lead Rob Cupisz offered a closer look at the character's hair simulation and ML-driven cloth deformation, as well as the environment, which features interactive ECS grass that you can run through:

"It's simulated and rendered as individual strands. LODed as fewer, wider strands in the distance. Fast enough to be part of a large scene (like the grassy fields above) at 30FPS on an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090", commented Rob Cupisz on the hair simulation.

The Unity Demo Team has also published articles that go into detail about the production of both the character and the environment. You're welcome to use anything you find in this scene in your own projects, including commercial ones, as all assets are created from scratch without the usage of content libraries. Please note that the character's face is provided only for educational purposes, and should not be used in your own projects.
