Dylan Browne's Ocean System for Rendered Cinematics 2.0 Released

The update brings the ability to set up translucency via a single-layer water shading model.

Feature Film VFX Artist at ModelFarm Dylan Browne, known for creating incredible Unreal Engine-powered projects, announced that Ocean System for Rendered Cinematics 2.0, a new and improved version of the artist's Blueprint/Material based ocean system that can be used to render high-quality cinematics in Unreal Engine 5, is now available via Unreal Engine Marketplace.

Previewed in a series of demos earlier this month, the update brings the ability to set up translucency and scattering via a single-layer water shading model, allowing you to push the realism of your digital oceans to a whole new level.
