Easily Match Camera To Image With This Blender Tool

Perspective Plotter is highly effective for generating 3D models from 2D sketches, aligning a 3D scene with a 2D image, or dynamically animating a camera.

Drawing inspiration from fSpy, a free standalone camera matching app, Perspective Plotter integrates its functionality directly into Blender. This enables 3D modelers, architects, and other artists to seamlessly align multiple cameras with an image, all you need is a grasp of 1, 2, and 3-point perspectives and basic proficiency in Blender.

Defining perspective lines in the viewport adjusts the camera's focal length, location, and positioning in real-time, and other tools allow you to match the camera's background image proportions, quickly move vertices or objects along the view line, and automatically flatten the horizon.

Key features:

  • Dynamically match the camera in real-time using perspective guides
  • Choose from 1, 2, or 3-point perspective modes
  • Determine the scale of the scene using a measuring guide
  • Animate the camera using keyframe buttons
  • Match background image proportions
  • Flatten the horizon line automatically
  • Customize colors and opacity of guidelines
  • Freeze guides in place to prevent accidental changes
  • Use the bundled Move Along View tool to help model 3D meshes from 2D sketches
  • Change axes of vanishing points
  • Change camera midpoints and camera target location
