Yesterday, on October 16, Epic Games launched Now On Epic, a fresh back catalog incentive program, designed to encourage developers and publishers to bring their previously released products to the Epic Games Store. As stated by the company, this initiative will give the opportunity to maximize their net sales revenue. Through this program, developers and publishers can increase their revenue share from 88% to 100% for their previously released games during the initial six months in the store.
The Now On Epic program extends its support to games previously released and currently available on third-party stores, such as Steam or the Microsoft Store. Products offered through subscription services are also eligible under this program, subject to the specified terms and conditions.
Under the program's guidelines, developers with three or more games on a third-party store or subscription service are required to transfer a minimum of three of those games to the Epic Games Store. On the other hand, developers with fewer than three products must make all of them available exclusively on the EGS platform.
Furthermore, the Now On Epic program welcomes games that have been released in the Early Access stage, expanding its scope to provide opportunities for developers in various stages of game development.

"This program is open to developers and publishers with registered Epic Games developer accounts and eligible products that launched on another storefront or service before October 31, 2023," wrote the company. "You can enroll in the program until December 31, 2024, and all eligible products must be released on the Epic Games Store by June 30, 2025," as stated on the Epic Games Store's official website.
