3D Artist kameinon also shared a lot of WIPs and a short breakdown.
3D Artist kameinon, who creates artwork using Blender, shared this fun animation referencing the software. A character tries hard to escape from Blender's mascot, Suzanne, who appears to achieve supernatural speed.
Apart from the creative idea, the animation features appealing 2D-like visuals, with high-quality VFX, highlighting the enormous velocity of the movement. kameinon also shared several WIPs, including a version without effects:
kameinon explained how they created the effect of the long corridor. According to the artist, when you need an infinite corridor, you can divide it into multiple units and move them. Once a unit goes beyond a certain distance, you bring it back to the front, repeating this process. Additionally, if you blow out the entrance and exit areas in white, the seams become invisible, which strengthens the effect.
