EVE Online Announced Closed Beta for Microsoft Excel Add-In

You can now see what it looks like.

EVE Online has announced a closed beta for its Excel add-in, developed in collaboration with Microsoft. The tool will allow players to log in and pull in-game data like character-based stats or asset information into spreadsheets.

The ability to work with numbers in the form of spreadsheets is meant to "even the playing field in data-driven warfare and democratize intelligence gathering, without requiring coding knowledge."

CCP noted that the add-in will not affect the maintenance and development of the EVE Swagger Interface (ESI), and API for third-party applications, and won't replace player-made tools, but it should serve as an additional option for users with lower coding knowledge.

If you'd like to try the tool out, apply for the beta test here. Also, don't forget to join our 80 Level Talent platformour Reddit page, and our Telegram channel, follow us on Instagram and Twitter, where we share breakdowns, the latest news, awesome artworks, and more.
