Fan Project Bringing Fallout to Doom Engine Gets Extended Gameplay Reveal

The creators of Fallout: Bakersfield shared another sneak peek at the project.

Have a look at the extended gameplay footage of Fallout: Bakersfield, a fan project paying homage to DOOM and Fallout. The video features a glimpse of the gameplay and some scenes, which were not included in the trailer.

Fallout: Bakersfield is a sprite-based game first-person shooter that is powered by the GZDoom engine. The story takes place between 2077 and 2083 in the city of Bakersfield, featuring numerous references to Fallout 1 and 2.

One of the creators is Alexander Berezin, who shared that the project's primary goal is to transfer the original Fallout atmosphere to the first-person mode. The creator pays attention that the project is non-commercial.
