Fans Imagine a UE5-Powered Remake of the Original Resident Evil

The Residence of Evil team has shared a new trailer providing a fresh look at the fan-made remake of the classic game.

Residence of Evil, a team of dedicated fans of Capcom's legendary horror franchise Resident Evil, has recently unveiled a new trailer that offers an in-depth preview of their fan-made remake of the classic game. 

Powered by Epic Games' Unreal Engine 5, the RE1 remake aims to faithfully capture the essence of the original game with modernized graphics, with the new trailer showcasing high-quality character models and meticulously recreated iconic locations in AAA detail. Moreover, as shown in the new trailer, the remake will feature both over-the-shoulder and fixed cameras, allowing old and new fans of the series alike to enjoy the game.
