Fans Released Doom 2 RPG on PC

Enjoy the nostalgia.

GEC.inc, the same group of fans that ported Doom RPG to PC last year, has done it for the game's sequel as well. On May 7, Doom 2 RPG appeared on computers thanks to the developers.

The original Doom 2 RPG was released for mobile phones in 2009. Developed by id Software, the Doom RPG series is different from its brothers as, you guessed it, it adds a turn-based role-playing aspect to the usually fast-paced shooter.

The port is created using SDL2 and OpenAL and supports touchscreen behavior and controllers.
