Grab a tool for baking materials colors to image palette in Blender.
Here's a useful little tool for Blender in case you want to texture your objects by assigning materials with different colors to distinct polygons. This add-on called Paletter will let you bake such setup to texture, reassign UV and keep one material instead of many.
To use the plugin, you simply need to download Paletter.py and then install it in Blender: Edit -> Preferences -> Add-ons -> Install -> Paletter.zip
